Roger Clark is a traditional farmer and farrier. He has worked his 100 acre farm for 35 years using the traditional methods and knowledge handed down over generations of skilled countrymen.
This programme exlores Roger's love of horses and looks at his early life through to what he is today - succesful farrier, farmer, horse judge, carriage driver, breeder and master of bloodhounds, after dinner speaker and one of the chef Rick Stein's 'Food Heroes'.
